From a traditional Viennese Schnitzel to braised beef and trout fillet - Robert creates the finest dishes from the region and also delicious international meals.
Our meat and sausages are from our local butchers, Mache; while our fruit and vegetables come from farms in Walser. SalzburgerLand eggs are provided by the Költringer family from Schleedorf.
